You probably already know that my second book Total Chi-Fitness is already published on amazon kindle. Important for me here is to tell you shortly about the main concepts behind this book.

Yes, most of us are having very busy lifestyles and there is not so much time for certain things. Despite that when something is benefiting us, once we started getting pleasure and excitement we are placing that ‘something’ on the top of our priority list and in that way time shortage is not anymore the problem.
