What Exactly is T.A.E. ?

This book is a complete package that contains photos and graphs + 13 Video explanations that all together serve as definite answer to many 'unanswered' questions related to real life self defense. "What is the attacker is stronger and faster?" , "...what if he is trained?" and similar sort of questions all become non relevant when T.A.E. methods are applied - no one can take this type and intensity of pain! One can train muscles power, strength, endurance, cardio etc. but no person can train 'pressure point pain resistance'! Simple as that.

This are simple yet incredibly powerful methods based on ancient Chinese art that deals in detail with pressure point manipulation and striking. This book deals with basics - it teaches you how to quickly detect these points on the body of attacker and how to successfully apply pressure (pinching or rubbing/pushing) motion for instant elimination of the attackers intentions to heart or injure you. Finally the first part of the Total Attack Elimination (T.A.E.) methods are now summarized and published in the form of this book.  Now because of the nature of manipulations with pressure points, we decided to add the Video explanation for each and every technique is explained in the book!

 Hello everyone,

   My new book 5-Minutes Stress Management  is finally published.  I apologise for everyone who waited longer than it was expected - I know many of you were hoping to see it sooner.  Nevertheless,  this was entirely out of my control and also it was not because of my pilgrimage traveling or anything that me Sihing Sasha James or anyone else could do.  What happened was purely bad time and stress management :)  on the side of our publishing house and publicist.  For that reason we are in the process of changing them.

   Anyhow I just want to let you know that 5-Minutes Stress Management is finally out and available but unfortunately because of the  that communication with publicist I could not announce you days of free promotion.  For that reason I'm keeping on 2,99$ hoping that this is okay for you. Once again I want to apologise to everyone and  believe me ( those who went over the content during my or Sihing James seminar know) the content of the book will make you forget about this 2 months of pointless waiting.

To All Dear Readers and Students

Hello everyone,

  I hope you take time for your daily routines of Chi exercises. If you do you wont give chance to low energy, disease and pain to rule over your life. However things take time. Those conditions you ate suffering from didn't appear overnight in your reality and we can't intantly erase them , no. But we can and we get rid of them in reasonably short time and even more importantly we annihilate them 100%, from the route! Therefore they do not come back.

  These exercise are ancient, natural and very effective. They are proven inducement and support for natural healing processes. They are SIMPLE and POWERFUL - but you have to do them correctly.

  I would like to address few confused reactions I have got:

 1) Some people think these are just simple, "wet when is raining" or "cat jump" exercises.

If I would be 25 now I would say something like :

"Alas,  unfortunate minds spoiled totally by consumerism please STOP and try them !!!! Give them 1-2 weeks and you will also get all the benefts
like we all do"

However I know that won't help. SOme people are just "looking for a cheaters and they are willing to be cheated" - everything has to be complicated and mystycal and what not else it is not good their attention.... You, me not even God can help them because their free will is directed elsewhere....


  2) Some people are not sure if they do these exercises correctly and find this blog "empty"


 Well, I have to say you are correct! I had plan to post Videos here and company I hired totally misunderstood what we need!
 I am in the process of doing them again in simple and easy to understand way. I hope I will be able to have them here soon.
 I do apologize - I am NOT a technical person - I do my classes and seminars and just I recently got in to this internet driven spheres.
